Seafood is any form of sea life consumed by humans. Prominently seafood includes fish and shellfish. As shellfish we count various species of molluscs, crustaceans, and echinoderms. Seaweeds and microalgae etc. are counted as edible sea plants, and widely eaten as seafood around the world, especially in Asia. Here are some of my favorite dishes when it comes to seafood.
