Salmon Tartar

Servings: for 4 people


  • 450 g fresh salmon
  • 4 tbsp good olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 
  • half red red onion
  • 4 pickles
  • chives
  • pepper, salt




1. Cut the salmon in fine blocks. Add to a bowl and mix with the olive oil. 


2. Cut the pickles, chive and onion in small blocks and add to the salmon. 


3. Spice for taste with salt and pepper. 


4. In the end add the lemon juice.
