Some eggs, a bit flour and semolina, olive oil, water and salt. These are the basic ingredients you need to make authentic pasta.  

It is easy to buy your pesto in the supermarket but you will surprise your friends if you make it yourself. Simple ingredients and minimum effort, but amazing flavors. 

Full flavor, creamy and totally the taste of the autumn. Not only just plain with your pasta but also good in a pasta gratin.
