Servings: for 2 people

Ingredients:

  • 125 g cod or another local white fish
  • 5 tbsp lemons juice 
  • 2 stalks coriander
  • 1/2 chilli
  • 1 red onion
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt, pepper

 

Instructions:

 

1.  Cut the fish in thin slices. 

 

2. Add the lemon juice and mix well. 

 

3. Cut the chilli, coriander, onion in slices and add to the fish.

 

4. Sprinkle with olive oil.
