Servings: for 3 people


  • 3 big calamari cut in rings
  • flour
  • salt
  • garlic
  • oil
  • butter




1. Add the calamari in a bowl and add flour


2. Heat up oil on a frying pan  and add the calamari rings, add garlic. 


3. Fry for about 3 minutes. Add butter for the last minute. (you can use a frying lit to prevent the fat splashing)


4. Add salt after frying.
