The perfect homemade Pizza dough

Servings: for 4 people


  • 400g flour 
  • 100g semolina
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 250g warm water 
  • 7g dry yeast
  • 7g sugar 
  • 4g salt



  1. Mix flour, semolina and salt in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl mix yeast, water and sugar. Let rest till you have a foamy surface.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the the flour semolina mixture as well as the olive oil. Using a kitchen machine knead the dough till you have a firm structure. 
  4. Let rise for 1 hour at room temperature and afterwards one night in the fridge.
  5. Before using the dough bring back to room temperature. 
  6. Bake at 250°C on a pizza stone till golden brown (yes you should get one)
